5-8pm
Flight of 6 for $25 ($15 club)
Called the "queen of Teroldego" (her native Alto Adige's favored indigenous variety), Elisabetta Foradori has been a pioneer of biodynamics since she first gained recognition on an international stage in the 1990s. And while she's never shied away from experimentation - with vineyard practices, aging vessels, and more - her ultimate goal has always been this: to make wines respectful of the soil and the local grapes she wants to honor. We'll be joined by our friend Alyssa Papiernik for a flight featuring 3 of Elisabetta's iconic Teroldego expressions (including a library released of her historic 'Granato'), and a lineup of indigenous white varieties like Manzoni Bianco and Nosiola.
