Despite us shouting from the rooftop for years singing it's praises, Portuguese wine remains criminally underrated. From textured, sea-sprayed whites, to boldly structured reds, fresh and cheerful bubbles to snappy, brambly field blends, it's clear: there's really nothing Portugal can't do. We're showcasing the vast range of wines from this slice of Iberia with our friend Szymon Sipowski of Sacred Thirst. And to crank up the authenticity? We're serving traditional Portuguese dishes: bolinhos de bacalhau, caldo verde, and goat stew.
