Turns out it gets a bit chilly in Bratislava in the winter; Budapest isn't exactly balmy, either! So what better to reach for when the temperatures drop than for a lush, warming wine from Central Europe? Luckily, our friends at Danch & Granger have been bringing in the best of the best from Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, and their neighbors for years, and we're happy to reap the benefits! Brian Stapleton will be back behind the bar to run through our favorite winter wines from the region. And if that wasn't enough to get you warmed up, we're serving traditional Hungarian stew alongside the flight!
