Midnight Party—Friday, January 31st

 

 

 

The wait is almost over: the end of Dry January is nearly here, and for those of you who have been abstaining all month, the countdown to February 1st has begun. But why wait until that night to rejoin the denizens of drink and merriment? Isn't it long enough to tee-total for 31 long days?

 

We think so, so we're throwing a first-ever Midnight Party at Solano Cellars to celebrate. At 5pm, we'll open the bar for another installment of our beloved Cellar Raid series, pouring allocated Burgundy, decades old Italian gems, and other rarities. Rather than call things a night at our usual 8pm closing time, we're keeping things going... all the way until 1am on February 1st! You've waited all month for your first glass back - why not make that a glass of vintage Champagne right at the strike of midnight? Or of cru Burgundy at 11pm (because 30 days and 23 hours is still a great achievement)?

 

So set your calendars for next Friday: come early if you want a chance at snagging bottles and flights from our Cellar Raid; show up late to ring in the start of the real new year with one of the most insane by-the-glass lists you'll find anywhere.

 

RSVP for the late-night party so we know when to expect you. Time slots are 9:30 (for the early birds), 10:30, and 11:30, with a few Champagne toasts throughout the night!

 

As always, walk-ins are welcome for our Cellar Raid flights from 5-8pm.
